PQ For Women

PQ For Women is a mental fitness class for women of all ages who are interested in learning more about how they can change their lives by building their mental fitness. No matter where you are in life, you can make changes that will allow you to have a more positive mindset which means you will sleep better, have less stress and better health overall. 

What is included in this program?

  • This is an 8-week, online program with a group of like minded women

  • Weekly meetings, support emails 

  • Access to an app with guided practice to help you build your "mental muscles."

  • Daily exercises are short and easy to do, 2-3 minutes each. 

  • Weekly one-hour videos that are broken into short segments, 3-15 minutes each for easier review.

  • Total time is equal to 15 minutes per day, a one-hour weekend video, and a 30-minute pod meeting each week.

  • Best selling audiobook, Positive Intelligence

  • also included is an additional 3 months of PQ Grow - where you can continue to build your daily practice, take online as learning as needed and either monthly meetings in a group or a 20 minute monthly laser coaching session to keep you on track.
