John and Dawn Sanders have their individual coaching specialties. John specializing in Leadership, Career, Clinical and Life Coaching while Dawn specializes in Life Coaching working specifically with women in transition, breast cancer patients and thrivers, as well as parenting. Together they specialize in Relationship Coaching, helping couples elevate their relationships, overcome obstacles, and reach their combined potential.
In his career John has been an executive in the clinical, retail, consulting and non-profit arenas, both in operations and human resources development. He spent many years as a coach in baseball and soccer youth sports. As a military 'brat' John spent much of his youth moving extensively including living in Japan and England. Dawn's background includes decades as a volunteer in schools and community programs as well as a career in city government as a manager of volunteer programs for a growing city. Most recently she was the Manager of Community Engagement with the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Like John she has also been involved as a sports coach and mentor to young people. Together they have raised a blended family with 6 children. Working for a non-profit they also spent two years living in Vietnam.
