I am very pleased to be writing this reference note for Dawn Sanders, Life Coach, from Sanders Coaching Team. Dawn is a very positive influence and has helped me through some very difficult times and she’s a wonderful advocate of self-improvement and reflection. She has taught me the importance to slowing my breath, being in the moment, and appreciating what life has given me. It’s so easy to fall into the trap of being upset when life takes someone or something away and Dawn has been able to help me gently shift my thinking from what I’m missing to truly appreciating what is in front of me and the opportunities surrounding me. I feel completely confident in being honest with her knowing that Dawn’s strengths lie in her ability to be open-minded and non-judgmental. She only wants what’s best for her clients.
As an awkward introvert growing up in a judgmental culture, I've always struggled between what I want to do, what I can do and what I am supposed to do. Coaching with Dawn has helped me build my own set of tools to navigate through life, to get to the bottom of "I know and I do what's best for me". I can't say I'm a successful woman but I've found ways to be fulfilled when leading a team of capable youngsters to develop first-rate services, and by inspiring others - thanks to her coaching style, which is powerful, passionate and especially it's from her heart.
“The best moments in our lives are not the passive, receptive, relaxing times. Them best moments usually occur if a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult and worthwhile.”
